How to use Neve Cosmetics Sticky Glue - Pigment Primer
Spread a thin layer of product on the eyelid and then apply the powder eyeshadow, tapping it delicately to incorporate the pigments.
If necessary, blend the outer edges with a soft brush.
Also use on lips or alone with fingers or brush.
