Phitofilos Red Sandalwood Powder is a pure powder with slightly purple reflections that tones down bright warm-copper tones. If used alone, it provides only a light coverage with pink-purple tones.

Ideal for reviving cold red tones and giving shine thanks to its astringent properties.

How to use Phitofilos Red Sandalwood Powder

Mix the necessary amount of powder (depending on the amount of hair) with hot water, until you obtain a paste with the consistency of a cream that can be applied to the hair.

Using it alone allows you to obtain a very light coverage, with pink-purple reflections that are just transparent. If you use it in combination with lawsonia powder (red henna), or by also adding hibiscus or madder or alkanet, it helps to obtain cold red tones even on white hair.

It is not recommended to use pure red sandalwood powder alone, without adding it to other powders, also because this plant, being poor in mucilage, results in an inhomogeneous compound that is difficult to apply.

Apply to lightly cleansed and slightly damp hair, with a brush or with your hands, taking care to wear gloves if necessary to avoid dyeing.

Leave on for 40 to 80 minutes and proceed with normal washing with Shampoo and Conditioner. After the expected time, rinse thoroughly first with warm water and then possibly perform a light pass of shampoo until the water no longer contains colored residues.
