Rugiada Neve Cosmetics is a natural, silicone-free product that allows you to transform your favorite eyeshadows into eyeliners, but can also be used as a primer to improve the hold of your makeup.

Its plant-based formula is free from silicones, parabens and petrolatum.

Rugiada Neve Cosmetics can be used as:

Eyeshadow Base

Apply it with your finger to the entire eyelid before applying makeup to improve its coverage and hold. Just one drop is enough for both eyes.

Mixing Medium

Mix the pigments with a drop of product to create stunning, customizable eyeliners or creamy eyeshadows. It can also be applied to lashes to create unique and spectacular mascaras.

You can also use Rugiada for Makeup to apply cosmetic glitter quickly and cleanly.

Ingredienti
Fa uso di pigmenti minerali, polveri naturali, burri, oli vegetali sicuri. Ingredienti controllati secondo normativa EU 1223/2009; INCI accessibili ai consumatori, con dichiarazioni chiare su allergeni, nichel test dove applicabile. Evita l’uso di ingredienti animali o derivati (anche cera d’api è stata bandita) e non utilizza pennelli con setole animali. Cura nei fini cosmetici ma anche nella sicurezza: dermatologicamente testati su volontari umani quando serve, preferenza per materie prime con buon profilo di tollerabilità.

Neve Cosmetics è un brand italiano nato a Moncalieri (Piemonte) nel 2009.
Ha iniziato focalizzandosi su trucco minerale (“mineral makeup”), polveri pure, evitando solventi e additivi superflui. Col tempo ha ampliato le linee di make up, skincare e accessori, mantenendo coerenza sui valori etici.
Filosofia di trasparenza: INCI visibili, dettagli sui test su animali, tipo di ingredienti, avvertenze per chi ha allergie.
Progetti sociali/etici come “Cuore di Neve”: sostegno a rifugi/animali, sensibilizzazione sul benessere animale.

Consistenza molto fluida con un' ottima resa, ne basta pochissima per coprire le palpebre. Rende i colori leggermente più saturi.

l'ho comprato esclusivamente come primer occhi e devo dire che purtroppo non migliora troppo la resa dell'eye-liner con il caldo. Tuttavia quando lo applico crea una bella base, appena steso si assorbe subito e lascia la pelle liscia. Lo testerò nuovamente con temperature più miti.
