This essential oil is obtained by cold pressing the untreated skin of the mandarin. The oil has an intense orange color and a sweet and fresh scent typical of citrus fruits.
Mandarin essential oil is used as a digestive aid, but also as an aid in treating problems of worry and anxiety as well as activating liver function in the elderly. It is also often used in the production of soaps, cosmetics and perfumes.
