Sesame Oil from Le erbe di Janas is a virgin vegetable oil, obtained by cold pressing of sesame seeds, rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid, essential fatty acids and vitamins A, B and E.

It has antioxidant, purifying, emollient, soothing, sebum-restoring, anti-inflammatory and repairing properties. Suitable for the treatment of oily skin, from which it is perfectly absorbed or to nourish dry skin.

Ideal for muscle pain, burns, skin inflammation, scalds and hemorrhagic purpura thanks to its anti-inflammatory action. It is also excellent for treating feet with a deodorizing and softening action on dry and rough areas.

It is also recommended for the treatment of dry hair and dandruff.

It has a light sun factor of around 4.

How to use Sesame Oil from Le erbe di Janas

Body: Apply to damp skin, as a massage oil with essential oils, to reduce muscle pain or any redness of the skin.

It is advisable to first cleanse the skin with the Hydrating Shower Gel .

It is possible to make a foot pack, diluting it with 5 drops of Sage essential oil or Mint essential oil . Leave it to act all night. The feet will be nourished and perfumed. It is recommended to clean them with the Footbath first.

Hair: Apply a few drops to dry hair to nourish and add shine to dry hair.

Make a pre-shampoo pack on damp hair, in case of dandruff, massaging the scalp for a few minutes and then leaving it on for 30 minutes. Then wash the hair with the Anti-Dandruff Shampoo .

L'olio di sesamo non può mancare nell'armadietto dei cosmetici. È ottimo in caso di scottature e come rassodante, io lo utilizzo dopo la doccia su pelle bagnata e si assorbe subito senza richiedere un lungo massaggio. Consigliato.

A seguito di una ceretta mal riuscita, la pelle ne era decisamente provata. Quindi per alcune sere ho applicato quest'olio assieme al mastice di chio di Alma Briosa e la pelle è rinata.
