Alkemilla Sweet Almond Oil is a light yellow vegetable oil with a light smell, rich in carbohydrates, proteins, mineral salts, Vitamin A and Group B Vitamins. It has emollient, softening, nourishing, soothing, anti-stretch mark, hydrating and polishing properties.
It is an oil that fights skin aging by nourishing and soothing dry, irritated and reddened skin. The skin will be soft, elastic and luminous.
Ideal during pregnancy and breastfeeding, to combat and prevent the formation of stretch marks. It soothes itching in cases of measles, chickenpox, eczema and dermatosis. It nourishes and polishes hair while strengthening fragile nails.
It is a comedogenic oil.
How to use Alkemilla Sweet Almond Oil
Vegetable Oils are multifunctional and can be used for different parts of the body.
Face: It can be used to cleanse the face, even the most delicate skin, or as an eye make-up remover.
It is suitable for applying on the lips to protect them from atmospheric agents. It is advisable to combine it with Addolcilabbra .
Body: After cleansing the skin with the Shower Gel , you can use this oil as a massage oil, alone or combined with other oils.
Hair: It can be applied as a pre-shampoo pack to be left on for about 20 minutes, useful in case of dry and dull hair or to combat flaking of the scalp (dry dandruff, cradle cap, etc.).
A warm, longer-lasting compress is preferable in combination with Castor Oil in case of damaged hair.
Afterwards, it is a good idea to cleanse with a Soothing Shampoo , a Baby Shampoo or a Hydrating Shampoo .
Nails: Apply a drop with a brush, in case of fragile and brittle nails. For a combined whitening and strengthening action, it is best to combine it with Lemon essential oil .
