Argan oil is rich in essential fatty acids. It protects the skin from free radical damage, reduces sebum production and can be used as an anti-aging oil and for the reduction of wrinkles, eczema, acne and other skin conditions.
It can also be used to treat sunburn, stretch marks, damaged hair, dry skin and brittle nails. It makes the skin soft, revitalized and elastic. It contains a high amount of linoleic acid (omega-6), palmitic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid (omega-3). It contains vitamin E, A and D, protein and lecithin. This oil is rich in vitamin E.
Nails and cuticles: Mix argan oil and lemon juice. Soak your fingers for 15 minutes. Facial care: Apply a small amount of oil to clean, damp skin after using a hydrolate. Body care: Massage into damp skin after bathing or showering. You can also add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to a separate bottle and use the oil for massages. Hair care: Massage into dry ends after washing your hair.
