The Lip Pencil - 16 Red looks like a pencil but it is much more. Thanks to its very comfortable texture, it has the characteristic of being very versatile: It can be used on the eyes as an eye shadow, on the cheeks as a blush, on the lips for contouring and filling.

The pencil is as precise as a pencil and as enveloping as a lipstick.

The color is a beautiful Pompeian red with a satin finish. Suitable for a classic and timeless look.

The product is Nickel tested and is certified organic by ccpb.

Advice :

The pencil is excellent when combined with the Pompeian Red Eye and Lip Pencil

Blush: to use the lipstick pencil as blush, we recommend applying a little on the back of your hand, taking it either with the Blender Sponge or with the Foundation Brush n. 03 and then proceeding with the application on your face.

You can also dab the product onto your cheeks with your fingers.
