The Tea Natura Lota is a container suitable for the Yoga practice of Jala Neti for cleaning and purifying the nasal cavity with water and fine salt.

It is used to treat the upper respiratory tract, the bronchopulmonary system and to relieve sinusitis, allergies, colds, rhinitis and ear problems.

It calms the mind and anxiety giving lightness and freshness to the mind.

Also useful for preventing sinusitis, headaches, tonsillitis, coughs and against depression and hysteria.

How to use Tea Natura Lota

Fill halfway with warm salted water.

Stand with your legs apart and relax your body. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, tilting your head slightly forward and away from the nostril being irrigated. Breathe through your mouth. Let the water flow into one nostril and out the other. If your head is tilted properly, the water will flow easily down and out the lower nostril. With your head upright, blow the water out of the nostril. Then repeat the process on the other side.

If one of the nostrils seems blocked before the practice of Jala Neti, start by pouring water into the one that you breathe freely from. The open nostril provides the water with an easier entry into the nasal passage. Then the water, once entered, is able to make its way out.
