Friubasca Round Neck Pillow with Coarse Salt and Aromatic Herbs by Le erbe di Janas is a 100% organic cotton pillow that relieves tension for hot or cold therapies.

Ideal for stiff neck, cervical, sciatica, rheumatic or back pain.

The coarse salt padding absorbs humidity and combats pain: to be used heated in case of respiratory conditions or refrigerated in case of bruises or swelling.

The blend of aromatic herbs of chamomile, mint, lavender and rosemary ease mental and muscular tension.

How to use Friubasca Round Neck Pillow with Coarse Salt and Aromatic Herbs by Le erbe di Janas

Cold therapy: to cool the pillow, wrap it in a waterproof wrap or bag, to prevent it from getting wet and taking on odors, and put it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes, to be able to use it as a large ice bag.

Heat therapy: it is possible to heat the pillow in the oven, just preheat it to 200°C, once it has reached the temperature turn it off. Wrap the pillow in baking paper and place it in the turned off oven for 20-30 minutes.

In the microwave oven, heat at 650 W (medium power) for 2-3 minutes.

It can also be heated by direct contact with a heat source (e.g. a radiator, cast iron stove, etc.), for the desired time.

Aromatherapy: Pour 2-3 drops of essential oil on the pillow at room temperature or previously warmed.

To wash the cushion, remove the outer cover and wash it by hand or in the washing machine at 30°.
