Methi powder is used for its exceptional anti-itch and soothing properties on skin and scalp irritations.
In hair care it is used for:

How to use (hair): mix the methi powder with hot water until you get a cream to apply on the hair. You can add essential oils or hydrolates to taste. Massage the scalp and also apply on the lengths of the hair. After 15 minutes, rinse and wash the hair with a shampoo preferably natural
How to use (skin): Mix the powder with water and apply evenly to clean skin (it is good for both the face and the entire body). You can add essential oils or hydrolates to taste. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, then rinse with water. Finish the treatment with a moisturizer or toner.
