How to use the Menstrual Cup - Size 2 by Lamazuna

At the beginning of your cycle, boil it for about 10 minutes in a pot of hot water to sterilize it. Then during your cycle, wash it only with fresh, clean water. Avoid hot water because it "sets colors" and no soap because the residue could compromise the pH of your vaginal flora.

Fold the cup and insert it into your vagina. You can leave it in for up to 12 hours. Then empty it, wash it with cold water before reinserting it. This way you will only have to empty and wash it twice a day.

The small holes on the sides create a suction effect that prevents all risks of leakage. If this problem occurs, you have probably positioned the cup too far away.

When you need to remove it, relax and contract your vaginal muscles downward. The cup will slide down naturally.

The cup can be used by anyone, it's just a matter of feeling comfortable with your body. As with tampons, the hymen is not touched by the menstrual cup as it is positioned further away in the vagina.
