The Extra Blackberry Jam is made with 77% blackberries , sweetened with cane sugar. Thanks to an innovative low-temperature vacuum cooking system (between 28°C and 40°C) , the product maintains the nutritional properties, color and natural flavor of fresh fruit.
Each jar contains 118g of fruit per 100g of finished product , guaranteeing an intense and authentic taste. Perfect for spreading on bread, pairing with cheeses, enriching desserts and yogurt or simply enjoying with a spoon.
