The Sfusato Amalfitano or IGP Costa d'Amalfi lemon is the variety of lemon that invades the terraces overlooking the sea of ​​the coast and contains the highest percentage of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) as well as being very rich in essential oils and minerals.

Of this yellow fruit full of sun and sea , everything is used: the juice, the whole fruit, the seeds, the peel and even the leaves.
