Phitofilos Ashwagandha is a plant powder with high antioxidant power as it is rich in tyrosine, an amino acid that stimulates the production of melanin and combats graying of hair.

It stimulates blood circulation and promotes healthy hair growth.

It also has an anti-aging effect that combats skin aging.

How to use Ashwagandha by Phitofilos

Mix with boiling water until you get a creamy, spreadable consistency.

Let it sit for 20 minutes, covered with a cloth. Apply to wet or damp skin, massaging with small circular movements, and on the lengths. Leave on for 20 to 50 minutes, covering with transparent film or a cap, to prevent the mixture from drying out.

Once the processing time has elapsed, rinse thoroughly.

Also ideal for applying to the face, avoiding the eye contour, leaving on for 15-20 minutes.
