How we collect reviews

Buy your favorite products on Yumibio, receive them comfortably at home and start using them.

You can review the products you have purchased at any time by going to your profile in the My Product Reviews section. Here you can see all the products you have purchased that are waiting for your review, just click on Rate the Product to start.

Fill in the required fields and write your opinion on the product; remember to leave a complete review, which can be helpful to those who read it when they need to understand if that is the right product.

How we moderate reviews

Before being published on Yumibio, reviews are reviewed by our team. The moderation process is used to ensure that no sensitive data or offensive content appears in text or images.

If your review has any of these issues or is too short in content, our customer support team may contact you to provide additional information.

You will never be asked to change your rating of a product , whether positive or negative: reviews are all equally important, because they look at the product from multiple points of view.

For the same reason, we publish all the reviews we receive , without exceptions.
Whether positive or negative, your opinion will be an extra help to avoid a wrong purchase!

How we thank you for your reviews

We know that leaving a review about a product takes time, so we reward your effort with Review Points.

For every review we give you 15 points , which you can convert into discount vouchers to use on Yumibio.
15 points are worth 15 euro cents and all points are valid for 6 months.

Remember that review points are only released for purchased products , so you will not receive points for free products or samples. You can still review them if you want, to help your Community!

You can check the points accumulated from your user area in the My Review Points section.

From here you can see at any time the points you have accumulated and you can convert them into discount coupons for your Yumibio shopping. The discount coupon generated is valid for one month!
