How to choose the right shade and texture of concealer

Generally speaking, a liquid concealer gives a natural effect and is recommended for normal skin discolorations, while a compact, mineral or cream concealer has a more covering effect and is designed for significant skin discolorations or more evident problems.

You can choose the right texture based on your skin type: mineral concealer for oily skin , liquid or cream concealer for mature skin , and compact or stick concealer for young skin without any particular problems . Instead, the shade should be chosen by evaluating the needs of your skin and opting for the color that best corrects your imperfections, giving you a very natural result.

Beige Concealer It is recommended to use this shade over a Green, Yellow, Orange or Purple concealer to even out the complexion or alone to compact and make the skin tone uniform. If you use it to correct dark circles, it is best to choose 1 or 2 shades lighter that will soften and illuminate the area, without creating a detachment with your skin tone.

Green Corrector: We recommend using this shade to counteract redness, any blackheads or visible capillaries. It is essential to combine it with a beige concealer to cover significant discolorations.

Yellow Corrector: We recommend using this shade to counteract dark circles tending towards purple and to easily even out the area around the eyes of the face.

How and When to Apply Concealer

Concealer should generally be applied before foundation, on clean and well-cleansed skin, after applying a thin layer of moisturizing cream.
