How to deflate your face: here is the draining self-massage.

Do you wake up in the morning with a swollen face?

The lying position while sleeping causes excess fluids to accumulate on the face, making the face appear puffy, the eyes tired and giving the skin an unhealthy appearance.

Stress, lack of sleep, alcohol consumption, very salty foods and smoking are among the main causes of fluid accumulation that causes a puffy face.


Puffy face: how to prevent it?

There is no secret recipe, but here are 4 tips to prevent facial swelling :

1. Rest. Sleep at least 7-8 hours a night. This is the time our body needs to rest and regenerate. Your skin will also benefit!

2. Hydrate. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day. Water is essential for our body and drinking the right amount also helps to combat blemishes such as cellulite and a puffy face. If you can't, you can also drink tasty herbal teas, which help you stay hydrated.

3. Stop smoking. Avoid smoking, at least before going to sleep: smoking stresses the skin and reduces tissue oxygenation, which is essential for having bright and healthy skin.


4. Evening Skincare . Skincare is important, especially at the end of the day. Removing makeup and residues of smog and pollution that accumulate on the skin helps you have healthy skin free of imperfections.
You can take advantage of your evening skincare routine for a draining facial massage : it reduces fluid retention and combats swelling.



Swollen face: here is lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic drainage facial massage is a particular facial self-massage technique : the movements performed allow you to stimulate lymphatic circulation and eliminate excess fluids that accumulate on the face.
