• 100 ml of warm water.
• 2 toothpaste refill tabs.

How to Use

1. Take a clean, empty 150 ml bottle and clean it thoroughly.
2. Fill it with 100 ml of warm water.
3. Add the two toothpaste tabs.
4. Leave the bottle open for 12 hours to allow the tabs to fully dissolve.
5. After 12 hours, close the bottle and shake well for 2-3 minutes.
6. Let it rest for another 15 minutes before opening.
7. Your toothpaste is now ready to use!
