How to Use: you Can use Pastel Eyeliner as:

Kajal: Pastel can also be applied as kajal in the internal eyelid of the eye to intensify the look. Light colors help to make the eyes appear larger, while darker ones show the shape.

Base: Apply Pastel over the entire eyelid, uniformalo blending with a soft brush and then apply an eyeshadow of similar color or contrasting, patting the color on the area.

Eyeliner: Skirts with Pastel at the base of the upper lashes, then helped with a brush from the eyeliner to drag the color in the tail on the outside of the eye for a perfect flick 60 years.
