How to use Sopraccigliatore Neve Cosmetics

Drain the excess product onto the mouth of the bottle. Draw the individual eyebrow hairs following the direction of the natural ones, from the bottom outwards. Repeat until you get the desired effect. Eyebrow lasts all day without weighing down or moving, and can be removed with a normal facial cleanser.
