Extra Blackberry Jam is crafted with 77% wild blackberries and sweetened with organic cane sugar. Thanks to the innovative vacuum cooking technology, it is  cooked at extremely low temperatures (between 28°C and 40°C), preserving the natural color, flavor, and nutritional properties of the fresh fruit.

Each jar contains 118g of fresh fruit per 100g of finished product, ensuring an intense and authentic taste. Perfect for spreading on bread, pairing with cheeses, enriching desserts, or simply enjoying by the spoonful.
