Ammetto di aver comprato questo prodotto un po' a caso, quello della Saponaria era in riordino e avevo necessità di un dentifricio. How to use whitening toothpaste with Avril charcoal

Use a small amount on the toothbrush and brush your teeth after each meal or at least twice a day.
