How to use Friubasca Cushion crew neck with Coarse Salt and Herbs of herbs of Janas

Cold therapy: to cool the pillow, wrap it with a wrap or a waterproof bag, to keep it dry, and take up odors, and place it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes, so you can use it as a large bag of ice

Therapy hot: you can heat the pillow in the oven, just preriscaldarlo to 200°C, when the temperature is reached turn the power off. Wrap the pillow with oven paper and place it in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
