It ensures a prolonged effect and durability thanks to the transparent gel teture 

Anhydrous and elastic formula that encapsulates pigments, enhancing their reflective ability. 

It is fixed when it comes into contact with the pigment. 

How to use the Stick Colla Glue-Pigment Primer by Neve Cosmetics

Spread a veil of product on the eyelid and then apply the eyeshadow powder by tapping it gently to incorporate the pigments.

If necessary blur the outer edges with a soft brush.

Also use on the lips or alone with fingers or brush.
