How to Use: you Can use Pastel Eyeliner as:

Kajal: Pastel can also be applied as kajal in the internal eyelid of the eye to intensify the look. Light colors help to make the eyes appear larger, while darker ones show the shape.

Base: Apply Pastel over the entire eyelid, uniformalo blending with a soft brush and then apply an eyeshadow of similar color or contrasting, patting the color on the area.
