Punti di forza:
Miele aromatico e profumato, dal sapore ricercato.
Ricorda vagamente quello di castagno, ma più delicato e senza la nota amarognola.
È inoltre difficile, almeno per me, trovare un miele di ciliegio in giro!
Lo consiglio sui formaggi di media stagionatura ma anche nel latte caldo o spalmato sul pane imburrato.
È una vera delizia!
