Wash hair with shampoo and towel dry to remove excess water.Apply a walnut-sized amount of product to the lengths, focusing especially on the ends.Leave on for at least 15 minutes, for a more intensive treatment leave on for 30 minutes covering with a cap and towel.Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.For best results, use the Strengthening Mask 1-2 times a week. If you have particularly dry or damaged hair, you can use the mask as a pre-shampoo treatment, applying it to dry hair and leaving it on for an hour.
