Hamamelis hydrolate

The'Hamamelis Yuniwa Cosmetics hydrolate it is a versatile and multipurpose product, obtained by ultrasonic distillation, a bio-natural technological process, cold, which allows to extract all the active ingredients present in the plant, preserving all the organoleptic properties.

The extraction process completely natural and free of chemical solvents, it allows to keep all the properties of the plant unchanged.

Witch Hazel used for the production of this hydrolate is cultivated in Italy, from small producers located in Emilia Romagna, respecting the rhythms of the Earth.

Hamamelis hydrolate has aregenerating, decongestant and purifying action and it is ideal for combination, impure and sensitive skin.

Can be used also for the treatment of the scalp, in case of brittle hair falling out
 

How to use Hamamelis Yuniwa Cosmetics Hydrolate

• You can use hydrolate during Skin care morning and evening: spray it as a tonic on the cleansed skin and pat gently until absorbed.
• If you use oils or oil-based boosters, spray a little hydrolate on your face again before applying the product: it will help you absorb it better avoiding the feeling of oily skin!
• You can use Yuniwa hydrolate also how to mist to cool off during the day: spray it on your face, neck, décolleté if the day is very hot or if you are in places where air conditioning or heating make the air dry and dry the skin. You can also use it on make-up skin: in this case, keep the bottle at least 25 cm from the face before spraying!
• Yuniwa Cosmetics hydrolate can also be used to prepare and moisten face masks if you use powdered clay, you can replace the amount of water needed for the preparation of the mask with just as much hydrolate, to enhance the effects of the treatment.
• You can spray the hydrolate on your face even before applying the mask to smear it more easily.
• If you use clay-based masks, both home-made and ready-made, remember to always keep the mask moist: you can do this by spraying our hydrolate, to make your treatment even richer.
• You can use our hydrolate also on hair: its slightly acidic ph, makes it an acid rinse to have hair always soft and shiny. You can also use it daily as a fragrant spray on the lengths or as a treatment for the scalp.

Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Water, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate

Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Water: Distilled Witch hazel water, obtained by ultrasonic distillation

Benzyl Alcohol: natural preservative, antimicrobial, highly tolerated on the skin, low environmental impact

Sodium Benzoate: natural preservative, highly tolerated at the skin level, with low environmental impact

Potassium Sorbate: highly tolerated on the skin, low environmental impact

Note on the INCI of hydrolates: hydrolates are aqueous compounds that need preservatives to stay safe and not be contaminated by mold, bacteria, fungi. A hydrolate not stored properly, could cause inflammation, irritation, in some cases skin infections.

However, according to the rules in force in the field of cosmetic labeling, it is possible not to indicate the presence of preservatives in the case of hydrolyzed. In this case, in fact, since there is no additional processing to the pure raw material, preservatives are not identified as ingredients of the finished product, but as technical substances contained in very low percentages.

We could have therefore not indicated preservatives on the label, but we chose to do so to give you the protection and transparency you deserve.
