The Methialso known as Fenugreek, is an herbaceous plant of oriental origin, known for its many beneficial properties, in cosmetics for skin and hair, thanks to its high content of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, mucilage, fatty acids and proteins .

Some of the recipes made in the home more effective with a base of powder of fenugreek (Methi):
- Acne & Wrinkles: to run, usually before I go to bed. Dissolve 50 g in 250 ml of boiling water and mix until to obtain a homogeneous solution. Once warm, apply on the affected area and blot with a piece of gauze.
- Mask for hair: mix with 1/4 of the coconut milk. Apply on scalp and hair and leave for about 30 minutes. Rinse with a mild shampoo.
- Wrap the breast: combine in a container 30 g of fenugreek, 20 grams of green clay, 20 drops of essential oil of fennel. Add water until you obtain a smooth paste and without lumps. Roll out the dough on the breast and wrap it with a transparent film. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and rinse.
Directions for use: use the powder of methi in synergy with essential oils or herbs, because the smell is particularly intense, and peculiar. For best results, stick to a proper rhythm to use for the weekly frequency for the shutter speed
